Forest bathing, an ancient Japanese process of relaxation - known in Japan as 'shinrin yoku'. The simple method of being calm and quiet amongst the trees. This bar is named after this immersement of the forest with a scent that is inspired by daily walks in the woods.
 
Infused with Douglas Fir needles. This evergreen, giant tree is antimicrobial, providing vitamin C and acting as a gentle astringent that tightens and eases inflammation.  The fresh, clean, woods scent of this bar is good for any season of the year and includes an enticing blend of mineral rich french green clay and a blend of spruce, pine, cedarwood, and cypress essential oils. Coloured naturally with french green and Canadian marine clay; foraged sustainably in the Cowichan Valley.

Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Aqua (Water), Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter) Fruit, Sodium Hydroxide, Ricinus Communis (Castor Oil), Montmorillonite (French Green Clay), Fir needle essential oil (abies alba), Cupressus Sempervirens Oil (Cypress Essential Oil), Pseudotsuga Menziesii Extract (Douglas Fir),  Pine essential oil (Pinus sylvestris), Black Spruce (Picea mariana) Essential Oil.
