SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are generally sent out expedited parcel (Canada Post). If you qualify for Free Shipping, we will choose the most economical means to ship your order.
Orders will be shipped within 7 days of receiving payment Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends. (Please make sure all your shipping information is on your order form to avoid delays). Also, please make sure to include your e-mail address on all orders, so we may contact you.
Please Note: Canada Post charges by the size and weight of the package and the distance it has to travel. It is more cost effective to order more than one bar of soap, as it costs the same to ship three bars as it does one.
We do not make any money on shipping. Our shipping charges are based on Canada Post shipping rates.

RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, they may not be refunded, unless authorized by Cowichan Valley Soaps. We do stand behind our products but cannot be responsible for circumstances beyond our control. If for any reason you are not happy with our products, please let us know, and we will do our best to replace the item or refund you, depending upon the circumstances.

We accept payment through Pay Pal, as well as e-mail money transfer or cash upon delivery. Both Pay Pal and e-mail money transfer are fast, easy and secure.
